If you have used perl and jlink, you might want to check
out my perl module that allows access to Pro/Toolkit. You
can find it here:
http://backpan.cpan.org/authors/id/M/MM/MMETTES/
I provided an unlocked, compiled interpreter that has the
Pro/Toolkit library embedded. It's open source, so it won't
cost you anything, however the perl side of it is not as
complete as jlink. If you know (or want to learn) perl XS
extensions, you can extend it yourself, just need a C compiler.
