Hello again,
Well, once again, fellow Toolkiters have pulled through... I had several
responses - I would like to thank all who lent a hand!
The thing I was was missing, which wasn't in any document that I found (or
was kindly sent to me), was the '/EXPORT:PDMDLLInit' option in the panel
at the bottom of the Settings->Link->Output section. This did the trick!
