This Link might run DataUtilFr.jar

If Not, download and uncompress this Zip: DataUtilFr.zip

Then execute the Bat: DataUtil_Run.bat

If still not working, in command line enter:

java -jar DataUtilFr.jar DataUtilFr

If still not working, uncompress the DataUtilFr.jar

and then in command line enter:

java DataUtilFr

Source is included in the Jar file (for review).
