Query Builder: Looking for Checked out CAD Documents

Hi,

I am re-using the QML from this forum that reports content of Workspaces by user or by workspace name. This is a great report thanks.

But now I really need to be able to report Checked Out CAD Documents.

I am struggling in getting the Status for Check Out. 

Any suggestions?

Filtering is not working great but I can extract the information I need
