Report Manager (Query Builder) Question

Report Manager (Query Builder) Question

Oct 01, 2008 08:31 AM

All,

I have my query about 95% complete but I'm having difficulty with the
final step.

My query joins the Change Request, Change Order, Change Activity and
Changeable.

It returns the ECR linked to its ECO, the creator of the ECR, the
Context, ECR cycle time, track, ECR to ECO cycle time and the affected
data in the Change Activity.

Currently its giving me individual lines for each affected item in the
Change Activity; see below:

I've tried the count function, but I don't believe this is it's intended
use. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've attached the qml file for reference.

Thanks,

Report Manager (Query Builder) Question

Thanks to Bjarne and Brian.

You must use the Count function with a GROUP BY. Once activating GROUP
BY I counted the ECR rows and got the output I needed!

Thanks again!

Darin
